Throughout his teaching career Bill has placed his students at the very centre of learning, meeting their diverse needs and learning styles. This has helped the great majority to gain two grades (or more) above their expected targets. He has been able to take around two thousand students successfully through GCSE, and a thousand through A level. At the very core of this work is helping students to feel valued and learn how to find happiness and success in school, and to prepare them for the next stages of their lives. He also has very considerable experience in helping young people plan and develop their UCAS Personal Statements, and prepare for life at University and the world of work.
